What we collect
When you submit the "Book a Call" form, we collect the name, email address, and phone number you provide, along with optional context about your goals, recent setbacks, and current week.
We don't run third-party advertising trackers or sell your information to anyone — ever.
/ 02
Why we collect it
Your submission is used for one thing: so Bryant can reach out, get to know your situation, and decide together if coaching is the right fit. That's it.
/ 03
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in a managed database hosted on Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase). Access to the raw submissions table is restricted at the database level — the public site cannot read, edit, or delete entries. Only Bryant and the backend services required to send him a notification can access them.
Email delivery is handled by the platform's transactional email provider. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by the underlying infrastructure providers.
/ 04
How long we keep it
Submissions are retained while you're an active or prospective client. If you'd like your information removed, email bryantciccio25@gmail.com and we'll delete it within a reasonable timeframe.
/ 05
Cookies & analytics
This site uses only the minimum cookies and local storage needed to keep the site functioning. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking is wired in.
/ 06
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email bryantciccio25@gmail.com and we'll respond.
/ 07
Security contact
If you believe you've found a security issue with this site, please email bryantciccio25@gmail.com with the details. We'll acknowledge and investigate.

Shared responsibility
The Callused Concept is responsible for what we collect, how we use it, and the design of this site. The underlying hosting, database, and email infrastructure are operated by Lovable and its providers. This page reflects current practices and may be updated as the site evolves.
